Why
is it that two women can go through the same situation and one will look
at it as the worst thing anyone could possibly have gone through, while
the other will look at it as an experience that made her more
compassionate, more loving, happier, wiser, and stronger?
It's all about believing what you went through. If you honestly believe
it was the worst thing, how can you see all the good things that came out of it?
In order for you to grow and move past a situation, you will want to
revisit what you went through and write down all the positives that came
out of it. You will see that your list will be longer than you ever
imagined. This will change your belief system, and than you will see
yourself as a survivor and a warrior!
